The Wesley Uniting Church was the venue for he first of our normal concerts. It was held only a few days before the Covid19 restrictions were imposed. We sang to a decent sized audience. This church has very good acoustics, a real boon for a choir. The church elders organised the concert to raise funds to be used to aid communities hit by the fires and drought.
The choir was conducted by two maestros, Viv Llewellyn and Bronwyn Hendy. The soloist for the concert was Cheryl Priest. Viv is handing over the position of musical director to Bronwyn. This was his last appearance. It was a moving and emotional occasion.
